Dr. Bridig Boland’s research focuses on translational research in inflammatory bowel disease trying to better understand disease pathogenesis and identify novel biomarkers to predict response to therapy. She has received a Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Career Development Award, UCSD KL2 Award, and National Institutes of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases K23 Award.
